Passing the exam is only part of becoming a true project belt.

Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt students may pass the final exam and receive exam completion recognition. Full project qualification requires applied project work using the DMAIC tools. Server 13 is optional but strongly recommended for project coaching and validation.

Green Belt Project

Minimum recommended annualized ROI: $25,000 USD. Workplace or hypothetical projects are accepted.

Black Belt Project

Minimum recommended annualized ROI: $100,000 USD. Stronger analytics, leadership, and cross-functional impact expected.

Master Black Belt Project

Minimum recommended annualized ROI: $250,000 USD. Enterprise-level impact, deployment thinking, and leadership systems expected.
